Everytime you sell something, you lose 5% of that value

So if you sell a player for 100,000 you will lose 5,000

that's why when building an expensive team you'll usually find some that are like 5k less than the others but not being bought, as the traders can't make a profit because of the tax. It's because EA want people to stop buying coins.

yea, you can't get rid of it

to work out what income you will get from selling something, multiply it by 0.95
e.g. if you're planning on selling an Aguero for 90,000 coins, 90000 x 0.95 = 85,500. This is what you'll get back, so you'll want to buy the Aguero for no more than 85,000

It's not just because they wan't to stop people from buying coins. It's all about keeping the market regulated as well.

yeah I mean thats a part of it, also, they don't want trading between players e.g. scams (trade offer / coin-buying) so they're trying to keep the market steady.

There is 5% tax on every sale you do (100k=5k loss on tax). You can't avoid it.

just wondering, when you trade with someone and say you include 1k coins in the offer, do they only get 950? I didn't know the tax applied to trades as well
